Grow with StrattoGuard
Operators trust the people they already work with, not a vendor cold-calling from behind a firewall. If you're a consultant, integrator, field crew, or technology vendor already on the well site or in the boardroom, you have the relationship and the access that closes deals — but building an AI-powered operational intelligence platform isn't your business. StrattoGuard brings the platform, the engineering, and the technical proof. You bring the trust. You get paid when the deal closes, and keeps closing.
Why Become a StrattoGuard Partner
StrattoGuard partners bring AI-powered field intelligence to oil and gas operators without building the platform themselves. The program turns existing operator relationships, field crews, and technologies into new software and services revenue, while StrattoGuard owns the platform, the engineering, and the technical proof behind every deal.
Drive Business
Turn operator relationships into revenue. Registered opportunities are protected while you work them, StrattoGuard runs the technical sale, and partners are paid from collected software revenue, from a first-year share to recurring participation depending on role.
Innovate
Bring a production-ready AI platform to your customers. StrattoGuard monitors wells, pumps, compressors, tanks, pipelines, and more, normalizes data from any SCADA or sensor source, and turns it into predictive maintenance and operational decisions your customers act on the same day.
Differentiate
Stand apart from vendors selling hardware or hours. Partners offer operators measurable gains in field visibility and reliability, backed by StrattoGuard's AWS-built architecture, sales engineering, and proof-of-concept support, and can carry the StrattoGuard Certified mark once certified.
Four Ways to Partner
StrattoGuard partners fall into four roles: Referral, Reseller, Field Services, and Technology. Each keeps its own relationships, its own business, and its own revenue stream, while StrattoGuard owns the platform, the AI, the engineering, and the technical proof needed to close and support every deal.

What Partners Receive
StrattoGuard gives every active partner the same core enablement: protected deal registration, a complete Partner Kit, sales engineering on live opportunities, and transparent quarterly statements. Technical and field partners add demo environments, integration guides, and certification, so each partner can sell, deploy, or integrate with StrattoGuard's engineering behind them.
Protected Opportunities
Register an opportunity and it is protected for a defined period while you work it. First to register wins, and every registration is confirmed in writing.
Partner Kit
Corporate deck, product overview, one-page datasheet, industry use cases, architecture diagram, ROI messaging, a sample proof-of-concept structure, and email and LinkedIn introduction templates.
Sales Engineering
Joint discovery calls, technical demos, proposal support, proof-of-concept design, and executive involvement on strategic opportunities.
Technical Enablement

Partner Program FAQ
StrattoGuard answers the questions prospective partners ask most: who qualifies, how partners are paid, how opportunities are protected, how proofs of concept work, and what is required before activation. Commercial terms are shared during qualification under the Master Partner Agreement.
Companies and individuals with real access to oil and gas operators: executives and consultants, oilfield service companies, system integrators, instrumentation and SCADA contractors, and technology vendors. Selection is curated. StrattoGuard activates a small number of partners with genuine operator access rather than a large inactive network.
No. Referral partners make the introduction and StrattoGuard runs discovery, the demo, the proof of concept, the proposal, and support. Field Services and Technology partners receive technical enablement and, where the role requires it, certification before their first deployment.
Partners earn commissions on software revenue that StrattoGuard actually collects from customers attributed to a registered opportunity. Rates depend on the partner role and are shared during qualification under the Master Partner Agreement. Payments are reported in quarterly statements.
StrattoGuard checks the registration against existing engagements and responds with a status. Approved registrations are protected for a defined period while you work them, and the first partner to register an opportunity holds it. Every registration and status change is confirmed in writing.
Most engagements begin with a proof of concept on a limited set of wells over a defined period, followed by a production contract and expansion across the operator's assets. StrattoGuard designs and runs the proof of concept. Partners participate according to their role.
There is no onboarding fee. The program is non-exclusive by default. Exclusivity is granted only by written agreement with committed pipeline and performance minimums.
Yes. One Master Partner Agreement covers all roles through role-specific schedules. A regional service company can resell StrattoGuard and perform field deployment under the same agreement.
The program is global. Current activity is concentrated in the United States, Latin America, and Africa, where StrattoGuard is building local partner coverage.
