Partner Application Terms

Last updated: September 9, 2026

These Partner Application Terms describe what happens when you submit an application to the StrattoGuard Partner Network. They are separate from the Master Partner Agreement, which is the contract that creates an actual partnership. Read them before you apply.

1. No Partnership Created by Applying

Submitting a Partner Application does not create a partnership, an agency relationship, or any obligation between you and StrattoGuard. It is only an inquiry.

2. A Partnership Begins Only Under a Signed Agreement

A partnership with StrattoGuard begins only when both parties sign the Master Partner Agreement and the schedule for your role. Commissions and opportunity protection exist only under that signed agreement — never based on the application alone.

3. Opportunities Named in the Application

Any operator or opportunity you name in your application is informational only. Naming it does not register it and does not protect it. The exception: if you sign the Master Partner Agreement within the period it states, and then formally register that same opportunity and StrattoGuard approves it, the opportunity's protection period is counted from your application date rather than the later registration date.

4. StrattoGuard May Already Be Engaged

StrattoGuard may already be working with an operator you name in your application, directly or through another partner, and may continue that work regardless of your application.

5. Confidentiality

StrattoGuard treats the information in your application as confidential, used only to evaluate your application. Do not include your customers' confidential information, or any information you do not have the right to share, in your application.

6. Accuracy and Authority

By submitting an application, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to submit it on behalf of the company named.

7. Personal Data

StrattoGuard processes the personal data you submit under its Privacy Policy, to evaluate your application and to contact you about it.

8. No Obligation to Accept

StrattoGuard may decline any application at its sole discretion, without providing reasons.

9. No Fees

StrattoGuard charges no fees to applicants or partners to apply, join, or participate in the Partner Network.

10. Compliance Before Activation

Before activation as a partner, applicants must meet the compliance requirements described on the StrattoGuard Partner page, including anti-corruption certification, sanctions screening, tax documentation, and acceptance of the Partner Code of Conduct.
